Manager, West Coast Programming & Member Liaison
The Cultivist is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Manager, West Coast Programming & Member Liaison to lead programming and member engagement across the West Coast region. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a key market within our global network and bring to life the extraordinary experiences that define The Cultivist.
As part of a fast-growing, international team, you’ll produce imaginative, high-touch events in collaboration with leading museums, galleries, and artists, while building lasting relationships with our members and cultural partners. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a strong sense of style, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for both art and hospitality.
Position will include, but may not be limited to:
Work with your supervisor to devise West Coast programming in order to support sales and renewal goals
Organize logistics and lead execution for 2-3 events monthly in Los Angeles and quarterly in San Francisco
Track West Coast programming budgets and issue monthly reports on spending
Ensure West Coast event listings are up-to-date and published accurately on our website and app
Support our Director of Programming on logistics for larger global, art fair events
Handle RSVPs for all West Coast members and West Coast guest lists
Execute all West Coast Under-Engaged outreach
Be the point person for all general requests from West Coast members, as well as for tours or arrangements taking place on the West Coast
Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, moving, and assembling event equipment
Requirements:
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to work efficiently and prioritize one’s workload
Personable and a team player
Works well with internal systems (Salesforce, Trello, Google Workspace)
Able to manage projects on multiple deadlines, tracking deliverables from multiple teams and complete projects quickly
Valid drivers license and access to a car to use for events
Background in art is a plus

More About The Role:
Salary range is $62,000-72,000, commensurate with experience
Schedule is Monday-Wednesday: 9am-6pm, Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 9am-4pm, additional hours are required for events
