Manager, Enthusiast & Experiences

We are seeking a Manager, Enthusiast & Experiences to join our New York team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our member services, programming, and administrative teams, collaborating on a variety of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Administration
Support membership sales team to tracking new leads
Be first point of contact for general membership and renewal inquiries
Process all member payments and onboard new members, monitoring member data closely for accuracy for our reporting
Manage full renewal process from notifications and payments, to account updates and lapsed payments
Prepare and ship all US member packages for new and renewing members
Member Services and Events
Service all Enthusiast member requests, from tickets to general FAQs to renewal inquiries, ensuring members receive the best possible service and engagement rates are maintained. This may include stepping in to help the Member Services team with cases when need be
Provide stats to Sr Director, Global Head of Product for Enthusiast trial, sign up, renewal and engagement rates, including gathering data from museum partners for attendance counts
Manage campaigns for all Enthusiast In-Person events, conducting outreach to members to ensure good attendance rates, closing campaigns when complete
With supervision, plan and execute NY Enthusiast In-Person events (about 10 annually)
Support Manager, West Coast Events with planning for LA Enthusiast In-Person events
Be on site for all NY Enthusiast In-Person events
Attend Club In-Person events as needed
Experiences
Write and send all pre-event emails, managing all answers and requests
Manage guest lists, which may include gathering dietary requirements, conducting biography research for each ticket holder, adding into Salesforce profiles and creating a facebook of VIPs, processing refunds for example
Draft and finalize all seating arrangements (managing to start and then growing to take this on full time)
Send post event surveys
Coordinate check in on site via Zkipster for all events and be onsite when required
Ensure all customer data is clean and accurate, merging duplicate profiles from previous ticket purchases when necessary
Introduce and test new experiences products, providing quarterly metrics
With supervision, manage experiences product inventory and collaborate to identify gaps by price point, destination and level
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide hospitable and helpful service to members and clients
Technical proficiency: Experience with Salesforce and Google sheets is a plus
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve member service processes and products
Organizational skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle various projects and deadlines
Collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively with other teams and incorporate feedback

Compensation:
$55,000-62,000, commensurate with experience

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday: 9am-4pm
