Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our London team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across departments - from content and partnerships to membership and events helping to execute the digital voice of a global cultural brand.
The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented and should be as comfortable analyzing performance data for actionable insights as they are delivering a communications schedule in a timely manner and utilising the full extent of the tools available.
Key Responsibilities:
This role works closely with our Content Associate, Graphic Designer and Social Content Creator. This role reports into Sr Director, Head of Product. Your main goals will be to manage the processes for all email communications, provide audits of our digital content and manage analytics.
Manage digital content
- Create 4 monthly newsletters that promote upcoming events and content on website, employing strong visuals, subject lines and headline text
- Create special landing pages and emails for larger campaigns (i.e. art trips) or corporate partnerships (8/year)
- Manage automated dedicated member emails and create efficient campaign logics i.e. welcome templates, app adoption, marketing conversions, etc.
- Conduct a daily audit of app and website content listings (exhibitions, museums, fairs) and identify areas that needs updating by Content Associate
- Test new tools and development
Diligently track our analytics
- Monitor public website traffic daily to identify trends or errors
- Review member website and app traffic weekly to identify opportunities for optimization & gain insights on what content performs best
- Manage all analytics, identify opportunities for new trackers, software, or tools
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (newsletters supported by social media and press), including traffic numbers and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both brand-led campaigns and partner-led campaigns
- Create A/B testing for monthly newsletters
- Optimize content for search engines and conduct keyword research
- Deliver a detailed monthly report to stakeholders with analytic insights
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in email or digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics and strong understanding of analytical reporting
- Proficient with email marketing tools (e.g., Dotdigital) and CRM system integrations (i.e. campaign logics).
- Arts or luxury background preferred but not required

Compensation:
- £30,000 - £34,000, commensurate with experience
- Benefits include pension, private healthcare, and summer / end of year remote working benefits available after probation period
