Operations Associate

This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments and work closely with our Operations team, keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track invoices and expenses on a weekly basis for the global team, ensuring accuracy across all platforms
  • Participate in monthly budget reviews with relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor databases and platforms for accuracy and ease of use
  • Assist with new member applications and onboarding
  • Work with various departments to facilitate candidate searches and support with onboarding process
  • Support Senior Director of Operations to ensure accurate records are maintained in physical and digital formats and all accounting projects are organized and on time
  • Support CEO and Senior Director of Operations with administrative and HR projects when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

More About the Role:

  • $55,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
  • The Cultivist offers 401k, health benefits, and a generous holiday policy
  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday: 9am-4pm, some additional hours may be required
